IPA #8 (5.9%)

Black barley and roasted barley with lots of flaked oats. Some lactose provides a smooth, malty experience. lightly hopped.
The Winter Special (7.1%)

Darker Shade of Pale (5.3%)
Dark Munich and honey malts balanced by nugget hops deliver a bite without too much bitterness.
Californa Ale (5.0%)
This light and drinkable beer is based on a California Common recipe but is fermented with ale yeast. We will be tapping it's sibling (a lager fermented CA Common) soon for comparison.
