The main style of my food is "Indian BBQ"- a fusion of tex/mex and indian flavors. The meats are marinated , rubbed and slow smoked for 9 hours with White Oak ! All of the food has my custom spice blends and I mainly use coconut oil to cook with.
My influences are Virginia and NC style BBQ along with British Indian Restaurants ( BIR )- So the Smoking Country Indian is the result !!
